Returns and replacements

Every WenderVista tile is made to order in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Damaged in transit: if your tile arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement. No return needed.

Other returns: we accept returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery. The buyer pays return shipping. Once the item arrives back in good condition, we refund the purchase price to the original payment method.

How to start a return: email us at the address on your order confirmation with your order number and the reason. We reply within two business days with return instructions.
