Shipping

Every tile is printed and finished to order in Knoxville, Tennessee, and ships from our studio.

Processing: orders leave the studio within 3 to 5 business days.

United States: standard shipping is a flat $8.00 per order. Orders of $75.00 or more ship free. Most deliveries arrive 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Tracking: you receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Damage: if a tile arrives damaged, see our return policy: we replace it free within 30 days of delivery.
