Calblanque coast wild beaches
$22.00
A regional park of golden coves and low cliffs on Murcia's southeast coast, set aside while the rest of the Mar Menor was being built up. The road in is unpaved past the gate, and summer parking is capped, which keeps the four kilometres of beach quiet. Sandstone outcrops weather to ochre, the water reads clear to ten metres, and the salt flats behind the dunes flush pink in late summer.
Slowly infused into the ceramic surface under high heat and pressure, in our family studio in Knoxville, Tennessee.
