Rosemary Beach is a planned New Urbanist town on County Road 30A in the Florida Panhandle, designed in the mid-1990s by Duany Plater-Zyberk. The architecture borrows from the Caribbean and St. Augustine, with deep porches and dark wood. A clock tower marks the town center near the Gulf, and the streets are narrow on purpose so the walk to the beach is short.
