Salamanca district elegant streets
$22.00
East of the Paseo del Prado, the grid the city laid out on graph paper in the 1860s. The Marqués de Salamanca planned wide streets, deep blocks, and tall stone buildings; Calle Serrano and Calle Velázquez run north to south through it. Today it carries the city's quieter old money, the embassies, and the Mercado de la Paz.
Slowly infused into the ceramic surface under high heat and pressure, in our family studio in Knoxville, Tennessee.
