Valencia Las Arenas beach promenade
$22.00
A long stretch of pale sand at the eastern edge of the city, where the Paseo Marítimo runs the seafront from the old port north toward Malvarrosa and Patacona. The Balneario Las Arenas keeps its 1898 colonnade at the back of the sand. Behind it, the paella restaurants that taught Valencia how to feed a Sunday — La Pepica among them. The light here is flatter than the inland city. The sea reads more blue than green most afternoons.
