Park Avenue runs nine blocks along the east edge of Central Park, under live oaks that predate the storefronts. Rollins College sits at the south end; the Morse Museum, with its Tiffany glass, sits two blocks east. The shops are independent, the cafés have sidewalk seating, and on Saturday mornings the farmers' market fills the railroad side of the park. People walk it slowly. The train still cuts through the middle of town.
